Ncrypto: a stock exchange in the world of Blockchain

There is opinion that Blockhain will have the same impact as creation of Internet had. This technology is a game changer and slowly integrates to all parts of our society.
Despite of the fact that Blockchain technology is developing, there are still some problems remaining without solutions. Some of them include lack of token exchange listing, high cost of hiring ICO experts, high commissions of traditional crowdfunding platforms, etc.
Ncrypto was created to bring a solution for above mentioned problems and simplify as much as possible the process of engagement of the users with cryptocurrency.
What is Ncrypto?
Ncrypto  is a decentralized blockchain platform enabling its users exchange and trade their cryptocurrencies both internally and externally. Anyone who will register on the platform can perform the following actions:

Ncrypto token
Ncrypto token has similar features with the well-known bitcoin, i.e. enables its owners use digital assets without any limitations. 52 mln. tokens are in the distribution plan, 3.5 mln. were already reserved during the pre-sale closed to public. 20 % of all tokens will be given to the project team, 20 % will be kept in the development fund, and all unsold tokens will be burnt. The price for 1 NCR is 0.4 USD.
It is important to understand, that NCR is not an investment offering, it is a method of payment used on Ncrypto platform. The ownership of tokens doesn’t provide any voting rights. The company doesn’t provide any guarantees for the token value, however they have serious grounds to believe that it shall go up. Some of these reasons are mentioned below:
-in order to perform any transaction on the platform people need Ncrypto;
-being a mass market product, Ncrypto expects to have millions of users in a couple of years. The platform will spend also large amount of money for promotion and education people about the project.
-as it was mentioned above only 52 mln tokens were issued, undistributed ones will be burnt and no more new tokens will be issued in the future.
