BOLTT Get paid for exercising and keeping fit

I had an awesome discussion with a good colleague of mine at work just few weeks ago, and the highlight of the discussion is centered on how to make the concept of regular and appropriate exercise will be instilled into all the citizen. As most find it difficult to schedule a time to waken their body.
We decide to organize a symposium to really bring to light the main advantages that regular and adequate exercise serves to offer to the body. It was very well agreed upon that its needed and must be inculcated by all.
But, I should be quick to add some of the feedback response we get when we asked the participant why they feel people are not interested in keeping their body fit, apart from the wrong concept that its only obese individuals that should give their body to exercise.
It was gathered that the lack of motivating factors stands out among all the things that sway people away from the idea of exercise and fitness. Also on the list is the cost incurred in securing a fitness trainer and or the issues that has to do with having a secure appointment or home training in a regular standard gym.
Well we were able to shed more light into the good part of exercise and the advantage it tends to serve, not until I came about a platform that is ready to build her product on the Blockchain platform so as to be able to reach many worldwide and to stimulate people to keep fit and be rewarded for doing so. How awesome and glad I was and was ready to share to all.
