INTRODUCTION
There is always a constant cry for the resolution of the various problems associated with the current digital coin and so many individuals have taken their time to make research on what the cause of these shortcomings are.
Some of these shortcomings were discovered to be huge transaction charges resulting from middlemen involvement in transaction processes, insufficient security, and time-consuming transaction process among others.

    The Temtum framework adopts Temporal. This technique is blockchain network with quantum security which use a photon source to generate a random number which is genuine. The Temporal is used in conjunction with next-generation hashing algorithm. This algorithm keeps the framework from the vulnerability of theoretical attacks.
